The fine tolerance separating the action of the two helical lobed counter rotating male and female rotors creates a chamber which captures the induced air, reducing it in volume and

compressing it, until it opens to the outlet port where the air is discharged to the engine at the volume necessary to meet the output required, at any RPM.
