Responsibilities:
• Customer technical interface to support and solve customer technical issues(installation, testing, debugging and so on).
• Support sales team to do presales technical communication and promote our products.
• Align with customer about validation plan. Arrange and well track internal validation progress to meet customer milestone.
• Be responsible to operate and manage test bench.
• Be responsible to do competitor product analysis.
• Understand the customers pain points and requirements. Be able to develop the technical proposal and influence the customer.


Requirement:
• At least 3 year working experience about electrical motor design and application.
• Experience in customer application field.
• Be able to travel to a certain extent.
• Excellent communication skills in both mandarin and English.
• Bachelor Degree or above in mechatronics engineering
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Familiar with IATF 16949

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for electrical motor design by electromagnetics analysis and simulation/calculation.
• Be responsible for drawing and model design of E-motor and platform components.
• Create standard rotor and stator platform and work out internal specifications.
• Be able to use Design FMEA to prevent failures from the beginning.
• Securing a robust design according to the SE-work (functionality, feasibility, costs).
• Work together with manufacture department for new platform or technology development.
• Securing the accuracy of models and drawings.
• Securing the accuracy and completeness of the bill of material.
• Support SQM to improve supplier quality.
• Support to solve plant production problem together.
• Make risk analysis if deviation happened.
• Develop and apply IP of E-motor components and assembly.

Requirement:
• Master degree or above on mechanotronics engineering or electrical motor engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in E-motor design
• Working experience at automotive industrial is a plus
• Thorough knowledge in dealing with CAD/PDM-systems Creo
• Knowledge of material forming and manufacture technologies
• Well known about GD&T
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills and team spirit
